Job Description

You’ll use your problem solving and objection handling skills to operate in a fast-paced environment, reaching for business growth and productivity goals. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide calibre solution promoting, partnership management and analysis to deliver successful business outcomes. Using commercial acumen, you'll uncover the business needs of key clients and achieve their marketing objectives while driving incremental agreements through our industry leading advertising solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing, and deliver a full consultative experience by following up with consistent educational communications.
  • Own a portfolio of small businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building quarterly plans for achievement
  • Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals
  • Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with Ads, online sales and advertising, account management, sales portfolio management, and consulting in the Sub-Saharan Africa market.
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
  • Experience working with Sub-Saharan African markets.
  • Experience in sales, customer support, account management, marketing, or consulting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at a time while paying attention to detail.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally to deliver impact.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and work well with others.
