Job Description
  • First Line of contact for all Customer Service Queries
  • Responding to all Warehouse queries within the agreed SLA’s
  • Responsible for all outgoing and incoming invoices and monthly bulk invoices for all customers
  • Assist with devolving and maintaining KPI packages
  • Maintain an Excel database for invoicing
  • Assist with ensuring compliance with the Bonded Warehouse which will include communicating with Suppliers to ensure we have all paperwork on time
  • Issuing daily Pre-Alerts
  • Undertake all typing, filing and administration of documentation
  • Manage and control the intake of all supplier deliveries to the site
  • Liaise with Land / Air / Ocean teams on customer tracking queries

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills with a proven ability to work well under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is essential
  • Previous experience in a similar position is desirable but not essential
