Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 6+ years of consultancy, client or media sales experience and 3+ years of management experience
  • Ability to build trust with clients & agencies helping our team grow their companies by delivering a consultative sales approach to clients and partners
  • Proven track record of inspiring, leading and developing teams
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment with strong analytical and strategic planning background
  • Strong working knowledge of the digital marketing industry and experience with direct response online advertising campaigns
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals, leading change and driving operational excellence through data, process & systems.
  • Project management experience and/or proven ability to deliver across a variety of teams
  • Understanding of the FB product suite, and experience in translating the output of complex data sets in a client friendly narrative for B- and C-level contacts
  • Demonstrated track record of leading and building strategic growth plans
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and organized
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Strong critical-thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize and focus on driving growth
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships
  • Demonstrated track record of success in a media sales environment
