Job Description

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

In this role, you will advise on app marketing strategies which will help our partners achieve their user acquisition goals, and serve as an expert and advocate for mobile app advertisement. You'll proactively reach out to customers with solutions and insights, from account optimizations, to product betas, and strategic performance reviews, in order to build comprehensive solutions for customers. You will travel as needed, attend public speaking engagements at industry events, and focus on performance conversations with app developers and marketers. You'll also work with internal stakeholders across Google Customer Solutions, demonstrating growth opportunities and successful app advertisement to Sales teams.

  • Build relationships with customers and develop a thorough understanding of their business objectives, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and challenges.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities, prioritize accounts, manage objections, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Work and collaborate with various mobile-focused cross-functional teams.
  • Prospect and cultivate the app install business; deliver consistently on assigned goals.
  • Provide outstanding service to customers and troubleshoot advertiser issues.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media
  • Experience working in an account management/sales planning role
  • Ability to speak and write in English and French fluently
  • Experience working in the app marketing industry
  • Ability to be proactive, organized, accountable, and work well in a team environment
  • Ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions for clients
  • Understanding of the digital marketing landscape
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Interest in sales and working with and educating advertisers
