Job Description
- Support and liaise with businesses and companies regarding online advertising content
- Support investors and clients by driving results from marketing campaigns
- Resolve issues and answer any queries from creators on social media platforms
- Respond and manage high volumes of requests from creators
- Investigate and analyze methods of improvement for the service
- Work with other linguists to achieve targets
- Other ad hoc duties
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Min 2 years’ experience in Customer Service or Service Desk environment
- High level of organization
- Fluent French OR Dutch and English
- Strong proven administration skills
- Industry knowledge of digital marketing a plus
