Job Description
- Process two separate monthly payrolls across the UK and Ireland, under guidance of Payroll Manager.
- Interact closely with colleagues within HR and Finance to provide quality services to staff internally
- Liaise with auditors, both internal and external.
- Manage the UK & ROI’s tax obligations, for international transferees, in collaboration with PwC.
- Assist in the completion of payroll annual returns including P11Ds
- Understand current payroll legislation changes and apply them to the payroll process.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- An experienced payroll professional, ideally with experience with reviewing expenses and Benefits in Kind
- Experience within a global Organisation an advantage
- Minimum 4 years payroll experience
- CIPP qualification preferred
