Job Description
HR administration, such as referencing, Right to Work checks
Data entry onto HR system and insuring accurate information
Notifying stakeholders of newstarters, leavers etc.
Arrange exit interviews
Manage the probations document process and any other documentation
Complete mortgage/rental requests for staff
Assist with the new starter cycle, including the follow up with new starters to ensure all appropriate paperwork has been returned and checked
Electronic and paper filing
Carry out audit checks in relation to the lifecycle of an employee
Monitor absence
Updating Occupational health spreadsheet
Support the HR and Graduate Programme Assistant
Provide administrative support recruitment process
Taking accurate notes atmeetings
Arrange room bookings for interviews, meetings and training courses
Assist with the setting up of Lab talks
Research the monthly wellbeing themes in order to source resources
Carry out other duties as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Educated to GSCE level C in English and Maths
Experienced administrator
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Detailed orientated
Highly organised, adaptable and self motivated
Must be able to adhere to confidentiality
Understanding and awareness of working in an equal and diverse workplace
