Job Description

You will business partner with directors and senior managers to understand and challenge overall performance against budget/forecast.
In this role you will take ownership of monthly management accounts for the Group costs areas, but also from a worldwide perspective. You will advise and review the accounting for key capital IT projects, business partner and support directors in managing their budgets, ensuring a compliant control environment, analysing key areas looking for efficiencies.
This role would suit a results orientated Management Accountant, with experience partnering senior stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Degree educated and a qualified accountant
• Results orientated and highly numerate
• Well-developed influencing and senior stakeholder engagement and management skills
• Ability to identify process improvements and embed change
• Has strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
• Is highly organised; flexible and focussed with an easy ability to prioritise
• Has a change and transformation focus; who can identify and embed process improvements and ‘best practice’
