Job Description
  • Complete ownership of lead generation processes and pipeline management including analysis, concept, design and execution.
  • Collaborate, support and achieve results with the existing sales teams and their Managers/Leaders; Inside/Outside Sales, Key Account Managers and Digital Sales Exec.
  • Accountable for end-to-end data mining, analysis, reporting, trending and proposals for the sales functions.
  • Responsible for budgeting, business planning and financial management for the function.
  • Management of a small team of Sales Support Specialists.
  • Be the gatekeeper of excellence for the wider B2B & Card Sales function through directing sales-related initiatives such as best-practice, process improvements and technology.
  • Manage, examine and introduce best in class systems and supports for the sales teams such as CMS, CRM’s and/or sales enablement platforms.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Preferably 5+ years’ experience in a senior management role, engaging with board level, yet close to the detail operationally.
  • Diverse experience is essential as role requires significant awareness e.g. Sales, Strategy, Marketing, Finance, People.
  • An assertive leader with the ability to influence and create a culture of openness, ownership and success.
  • Someone with keen interest in technical processes and systems and experience in digitalisation of sales techniques.
  • Experience in multi-national, large organisations is beneficial.
