Responsible for budgeting, business planning and financial management for the function.
Management of a small team of Sales Support Specialists.
Be the gatekeeper of excellence for the wider B2B & Card Sales function through directing sales-related initiatives such as best-practice, process improvements and technology.
Manage, examine and introduce best in class systems and supports for the sales teams such as CMS, CRM’s and/or sales enablement platforms.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Preferably 5+ years’ experience in a senior management role, engaging with board level, yet close to the detail operationally.
Diverse experience is essential as role requires significant awareness e.g. Sales, Strategy, Marketing, Finance, People.
An assertive leader with the ability to influence and create a culture of openness, ownership and success.
Someone with keen interest in technical processes and systems and experience in digitalisation of sales techniques.
Experience in multi-national, large organisations is beneficial.
