Job Description

This brilliant company has experienced consistent year on year growth, which has resulted in an established business relationship with companies all over the world! They are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Executive to join them on their growing journey.

  • Managing telephone and email queries and enquiries
  • Managing and generating leads for the Sales Team
  • Liasing with existing customers to proactively seek feedback and report upon it
  • Working with the accounts team to process Sales Orders from their customers and create purchase orders to their suppliers
  • Assisting the helpdesk and technical support team by providing customers with repair quotations and updating them with progress reports
  • Assisting with the creation of distribution of marketing emails

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Your own transport as the location is unreliable with public transport - no remote working
  • Good communication skills
  • Great telephone manner
  • Comfortable in speaking to customers and suppliers
  • Experience in an office based sales support role is preferred
  • A driven, problem solving attitude
  • High level standard of customer service is paramount
