Job Description
  • Further build customer relationships plus special responsibility for specified key client accounts
  • Identify growth opportunities with existing customers and provide value-added services to current members.
  • Support and actively participate in marketing campaigns with view to identifying potential new clients / sectoral opportunities
  • Build strong business relationships through client visits, corporate networking at public events such as conferences, meetings and industry occasions
  • Actively review and manage the CRM database and identify mailshot opportunities to selected clients
  • Liaising and assisting Marketing Team with targeted marketing plans
  • Contribute to market research activity, intelligence gathering and insights using traditional and digital methods
  • Regular business / performance reporting on weekly / monthly / quarterly basis to senior executive team
  • Ensure timely response to enquiries / applications from new and current customers
  • Review customer application forms and regularly update information pack for sales team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent delivery skills – planning, leading and organising
  • Strong Account Management experience plus a relevant qualification
  • Proven communications / negotiations skills and ability to building lasting relationships
  • Competent technology and report writing capabilities
  • Ability to review numerical data – ideally some data analysis experience
