Job Description
Support users, business units and external partners with company systems via hands on training and demos
Provide escalation management for user issues and queries ensuring these are dealt with in a timely manner
Oversee Information Systems Analyst procurement of devices ensuring global technology requirements are adhered to
Liaise with Managed Service Providers and Operations team to ensure SLA’s are being met and to assist with any technical support
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous Information Systems support experience particularly within the pharmaceutical industry
Excellent knowledge of WebEx, Office 365 and cloud based applications
Hands on and engaging individual with strong customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
