Job Description
- Shape the overall strategy and direction of the search product.
- Developing a search Roadmap alongside the Product manager, technical led, Development and QA teams.
- Triaging bugs, prioritising feature development, and scoping the backlog to keep the platform evolution effective.
- Maintenance of a fast-paced agile environment
- Co-ordination of product releases and writing of technical documentation alongside testing and validation phases.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Good technical understanding of software platforms within a modern cloud based environment
- Background or degree within life sciences
- Exposure to Search technology i.e Solr, Lucene, Elastic etc.
- Ability to contribute and guide sprints / scrum meetings
- Proven track record as a BA or Product owner within a fast paced environment.
