Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will lead client experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring that standards are upheld
Experience cash handling and operating point of sale system
Able to adopt and maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards all clients.
Supportive to all stylists to ensure high standard of customer satisfaction.
To advise all clients of all services and products available between visits.
Ensure client records are maintained
Proficient in appointment management with an ability to multitask IT systems with complete accuracy.
A minimum of 12 months of experience in a like for like establishment; Spa, Salon, Health Club.
Efficient with use of industry standard software.
Excellent client rapport – ability to effectively advise on treatments for a client in the correct order to partake of multiple services in tandem
