Job Description

You’ll have a commitment to supporting complex deals or multi-product opportunities through the deal review process, monitoring and supporting the Implementation and ensuring timely revenue ramp up through regular revenue review/reporting.  You will be providing a wide range of solution, nurturing key relationships by providing a high quality value added products and client experience across the clients organisation. This will include the requirement to proactively arrange client reviews and workshops, client events and provide regular market, industry, innovation and digitisation updates to clients.

Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual so to be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Evaluate moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives
  • Perform client analysis to explore opportunity to identify new products and expand market penetration, developing a strong pipeline
  • Conduct regular client reviews and develop action plans with key stakeholders to confirm commitment and optimize revenue ramp up and client experience.
  • Maintain product knowledge to sustain your client advisor position within the client organisation
  • Balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information whilst co-ordinating the wider network.
  • Provide solutions for all escalated client issues and co-ordinate resolution ensuring best possible client experience

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Demonstrate where you have had a significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization.
  • You must demonstrate that you are able to build a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding company, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
  • Experience of assuming an informal/formal leadership role within teams.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise conflicting deliverables both for clients and internally
  • Experience in managing client relationships, ability to influence others to support client needs
  • Know where to apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
  • You must have good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.
  • Must be fluent in English (both written and verbal), French, Italian and German advantageous
