Job Description
You will be responsible for offering apprenticeship training opportunities to learners and clients across a variety of sectors via inbound and outbound telephone calls, and offering the best possible to service to all. Your duties will include:
- Responding to queries from potential and existing customers
- advising existing and new clients/learners on appropriate courses to suit them /their job role
- encouraging existing customers to sign up their employees for apprenticeships
- qualifying all opportunities to ensure they are fully eligible for funding / suitable to be signed up
- maintaining accurate data using CRM system
- support with booking appointments
