Job Description

This role will keep you busy, interacting with varying stakeholders every day, working as an integral part of a team who are adding value to our successful business. Your main responsibility will be accurately taking customers’ orders and maximising any opportunities to up-sell whilst managing customer expectations. Accurately raising credits for customers if required, allocating calls to the correct agents, and ensuring that high levels of customer service is always provided. Whilst focusing on up selling our products and maintaining, developing, and growing the existing customer base.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience of providing customer service in an office environment
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
  • Able to record data correctly on a CRM/Database
  • Inbound / Reception experience
  • Good IT skills with efficiency in MS Office
  • Able to record data correctly on a CRM/Database
  • The ability to influence and support customers while delivering sales through service.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to interact with people at all levels of seniority
