Job Description
- Greeting and recording all customer visits
- Telephone & diary management
- Maintaining hospitality areas and showroom standards
- Ordering office supplies
- Liaising with colleagues in the Sales and Service department to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- To act as the Brand Ambassador of the products and services available to customers
You will be organised and able to manage multiple work streams with your primary focus being on the customer. The ability to work autonomously is required as this is largely an independent role. No prior automotive experience is needed, just a desire to deliver great levels of customer service to every guest, every time. Training will be provided through colleague support, job shadowing and eLearning.
