Job Description
  • Overall ownership of the day-to-day and strategic management of all aspects of a number of branded grocery operator relationships
  • Responsible for building a functional and productive working relationship with branded chain counterparts
  • Working closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders (including Delivery, Marketing and Grocery Operations)
  • Overall accountability for monthly, and in some cases quarterly, performance reviews with grocery partners
  • Responsible for drafting and driving the annual business plan with grocery partners
  • To support the Senior in the contractual negotiations of existing smaller chains accompanied by the strategic analyses
  • Attending and, at times, leading internal meetings as a representative of the Strategic Accounts team.
  • Supporting strategic account executives across smaller brands

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 2-3+ years Key Account Management experience
  • Strong understanding of B2B and the Grocery Ireland market
  • Experience analyzing data with great attention to detail
  • Proven ability to grow accounts through implementation of joint business plans and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organizations
  • Commercially savvy with competent negotiation & influence skills
  • Great people skills - you know how to build and maintain strong relationships.
