Job Description

In this role, you will work with a portfolio of clients, tasked with looking after their needs and ensuring exceptional client service. You must be able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and referenceable customers. You will keep up with industry trends, competitive landscape and customer needs. This position will regularly liaise with technical colleagues, presenting comprehensive proposals for projects that leverage the technical strengths of the group overall.

  • Developing strong and trusted relationships with client stakeholders
  • Understand client issues and challenges, positioning Sogeti services to provide best in class solutions in response
  • Ensuring client satisfaction across your portfolio of accounts
  • Develop accounts by identifying, driving and closing opportunities within your portfolio
  • Accountability for building proposals that will lead to client engagements
  • Work with delivery and technical teams to ensure the availability of resources to handle project scopes
  • Relationship management between clients, tech teammates and other stakeholders
  • Expertly manage complex sales cycle, including contract and commercial negotiations
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales performance
  • Achieve personal and individual account targets
  • Maintain the highest standard of work, working towards the overall success of clients

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 6-10 years’ experience as a top performing technology consultant and/or sales professional
  • Unwavering commitment to personal performance, and a history of success exceeding annual sales targets
  • Understanding of new technologies with the ability to define problems, collect data and present solutions
  • Experience selling to C-Suite and technical buyers, preferably CTOs, CIOs and Heads of function
  • Ability to navigate large complex organizations
  • Outstanding organizational, time management and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all buyer personas (individual contributor to C-level)
  • Experience running a logical and methodical sales process
  • Intellectual curiosity; someone who strives to understand everything about the market and the needs of our customers in order to provide a compelling solution
