Your other responsibilities as Account Manager will include:
- Meeting or exceeding agreed sales order targets by building sustainable and profitable revenue to meet short- and long-term business objectives
- Maximizing software sales via customer engagement, proposals, tenders and offering new services
- Identifying, researching, and initiating new business opportunities, following our sales methods, and closing process
- Understand our customers and their needs, working in partnership to find business solutions that both increase our sales and add value to our clients
- Recording leads and maintain accurate data in our CRM
- Help achieve revenue targets by maximizing day rates and product pricing and building a strong sales pipeline
- Providing accurate sales forecasts and communicating any changes
- Represent us in a professional manner, aligned with our brand values
