Job Description

Your other responsibilities as Account Manager will include:

  • Meeting or exceeding agreed sales order targets by building sustainable and profitable revenue to meet short- and long-term business objectives
  • Maximizing software sales via customer engagement, proposals, tenders and offering new services
  • Identifying, researching, and initiating new business opportunities, following our sales methods, and closing process
  • Understand our customers and their needs, working in partnership to find business solutions that both increase our sales and add value to our clients
  • Recording leads and maintain accurate data in our CRM
  • Help achieve revenue targets by maximizing day rates and product pricing and building a strong sales pipeline
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts and communicating any changes
  • Represent us in a professional manner, aligned with our brand values

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent customer facing and consultative selling skills, with the ability to engage with and influence decision makers
  • A thorough understanding of products and IT and architecture
  • A good understanding of trends and competitor products
  • The ability to understand complex business problems and propose based solutions that are both profitable and meet our customers’ business needs
  • Commercially astute, with experience of writing and presenting compelling sales proposals
  • Have Key Account Management experience and a track record of achieving stretching targets
  • Are ideally educated to degree level in business and commerce, computer science, have equivalent relevant experience
