You will support the Account Manager and work with your team to ensure that the business segment is performing to the required levels/SLA's. You are a confident negotiator, skilled in resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management. You are a skilled communicator who thrives on developing excellent relationships with stakeholders to ensure positive working partnerships and win-win solutions.
Candidates should possess a relevant professional qualification and/or suitable background experience in meeting customer SLAs. The ideal person has Account Management/Team Lead experience in a relevant industry and a proven track record in staff training. Ideally you will have at least 3 years’ experience in a multi-modal freight forwarding/logistics role.
