Job Description

You will provide excellent customer service at the decision-maker level within Spanish retailers. You'll make the most of the opportunity within the portfolio of merchants and plan/execute quarterly strategies.

• Develop and maintain relationships with merchants and team members to understand their priorities and manage expectations.
• Make recommendations to merchants to optimize their Ads campaigns.
• Develop a comprehension of Shopping Ads products.
• Analyze data and trends in order to create meaningful insights for merchants.
• Implement solutions, track performance, and optimize to meet advertiser goals.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
• Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.
• Knowledge of the Spanish online advertising and technology market.
• Ability to utilize and partner effectively with supporting teams to troubleshoot customer issues and provide outstanding customer experience.
