  • Owning the customer relationship to boost profitable category growth in the convenience channel 
  • Negotiating Joint Business Plans, boosting category growth, sales, customer market shares and margin
  • Ensuring excellence in execution of customer plans
  • Delivering profitable growth for company, identifying short and long-term opportunities for future growth in line with sales strategy

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience in a National Account Manager role, preferably within the FMCG industry
  • Experience of developing and negotiating compelling plans/JBPs for mutual growth, utilizing key insights generated by cross-functional teams
  • A commercially astute negotiator, with strong P&L understanding and excellent attention to detail
  • Degree is desirable (not essential)
