Job Description
  • Executing the sales strategy to meet the agreed milestones and timescales
  • Carrying out high frequency check-in with customers to promote a positive business relationship
  • Educating customers on how existing and new product features and functionality work, explaining how it can contribute to their business growth
  • Keeping comprehensive sales records and reporting on activities and results through daily inputs to the company
  • Performing all the retention processes and pursuing cross-selling/up-selling opportunities
  • Managing customer escalations, requests for information, and requests for proposals
  • Working closely with Pre Sales team on large opportunities
  • Negotiating and closing agreements
  • Participating in weekly meetings, prepared to discuss status of funnel, forecast, pending projects, proposals and challenges

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Energetic approach, with strong solution selling background and seasoned in identifying new sales opportunities
  • Significant and attested sales success in a new and existing business environment with experience of meeting or exceeding assigned goals and targets
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with proven ability to speak comfortably in front of groups and to executive audiences
  • Ability to thoroughly understand related industry technology, articulating that knowledge and formulating effective solutions with attention to profitability
  • Proven ‘Hunter’ focused track record of success
