Job Description
You enjoy engaging with C-level executives in our customer base, to help them transform their regulatory strategy with technology. You are able to understand the unique challenges and opportunities that our customers face and the regulated environment in which they operate. You will have sales and commercial or customer success experience and enjoy engaging with C-level executives to help them transform their risk and compliance operations. You will be a self-starter who can create and implement an account management plan across our customers and deliver results.
- Build close relationships customers, across territories, understanding the very unique challenges and opportunities they face
- Craft propositions that meet their needs, and that help our customers to explore new and better ways for automating regulatory compliance
- Be the first line to independently monitor customer sentiment closely in collaboration with our Customer and Marketing teams, creating nurturing plans for our customer base
- Create commercial opportunities, some of which you will close directly, some of which may be handed over to the Sales team
- Cross sell and upsell products and services through discovery, education, and customer success support
- Work cross-functionally with our go-to market teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to retain our customers by exceeding their expectations
- Optimize marketing campaigns to our customers and identify ways to do this at scale
- Share customer insights cross-functionally, bringing insights and making recommendations on how to service their needs, solving problems and bring solutions for discussion and analysis
- Identify and leverage trends within our industry, tracking emerging regulatory changes
- Achieve and exceed targets - revenue upsell, services growth, customer satisfaction, and operational goals
- Build the foundation for future dedicated Account Managers
