Job Description

You will play a key role in managing and reducing the debt, using a range of techniques to actively recover debt from students, sponsors and commercial debtors. You will deliver an excellent customer service, ensuring you understand and explore the customers’ needs, whilst working within the policies and procedures.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will have previous experience in a credit control role, using a wide range of collection methods. You will have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working as part of a team. To succeed in the role you will need a resilient, assertive approach to all you do and the ability to deal with sensitive and difficult situations.
