Job Description
Answering and screening incoming calls
Meeting and greeting visitors upon arrival
Organizing taxis, catering and couriers when necessary
Diary management and organization of meeting rooms
Carrying out administrative duties as required including: data entry, scanning, filling, typing and updating of a database
Other ad hoc duties that may be required from time to time
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
At least 1 year experience working in a similar position
Must be IT proficient
Experience working independently and on own initiative
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience communicating at various levels within an organization
Proactive, results orientated and strong attention to detail.
