Admin \ PA support to the heads of the department
Typing of correspondence and reports
Document Management
Handling Client queries and internal requests.
General Admin (faxing, e mailing, filing etc)
Diary Management.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience as a PA \ Secretary supporting 2 or more people
Experience in a professional services environment is a plus.
Strong MS Office Skills are a must.
Typing speeds of WPM 65+
Good attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
