Job Description
Assist with maintaining record on the firm’s cases and records management system.
Supporting the legal and support staff with any queries.
Maintaining original documents by ensuring they are logged and tracked on their CRMS accordingly.
Ensure correct processing of hard copy files for offsite storage.
Liaise with offsite storage provider to ensure any storage requests are processed.
Make sure that documents are retrieved and returned to storage within a given time.
Ad-hoc duties as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Organized individual with a can-do approach to work.
Strong attention to detail.
Team player, ability to work to deadlines.
Strong MS office skills needed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good time management
