Job Description
- Monitoring the activity log on a daily basis and identifying owners of cash by cross checking against the payments log
- Monitoring the Boudreaux tracker and ensuring it is being updated regularly
- Monitoring the monthly Credit Control report and ensuring comments are input by due date and are sufficient
- Monitoring the monthly cash tracker to ensure it is completed and followed up when cash not received
- Running the unallocated report and following up with the team for outstanding actions
- Assisting with audit/sox requests
- Collating bordereaux for SII reporting
- Daily monitoring and filing of emails in mailbox, ensuring all items are picked up and actioned
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Minimum 1 year office experience, preferably within the Insurance/Finance industry or in a data processing environment
- Excellent organizational and numeracy skills
- High level of Excel skills
- Basic level of Word & PowerPoint
- Good ability to communicate with others
- Excellent attention to detail
