Job Description
Our client is looking for a Contact Centre Administrator to join them for a period of 6 months to help the support the team with an ongoing project.
Duties will include:
- Running regular reports
- Dealing with day-to-day queries in the team inbox, contacting internal and external customers.
- Creating and maintaining customer product reservations
- Create, manage, and monitor customers product monthly deliveries within our key systems
- Perform daily monitoring tasks on our SAP system.
- Process orders on SAP when required
