Job Description

You will join a friendly team within an open plan office where you will be the first point of contact for identifying pension eligibility and processing applications. You will be an effective communicator and enjoy making a positive impact and difference to customers.

Our Client offers an excellent flexible working policy where you will work 37.5 hours per week, any time between Monday and Friday 7am - 7pm. With business approval, you can choose your own hours to suit you - no two days need to be the same and there is no weekend working!

We welcome applicants of all ages and there are opportunities to upskill your existing skillset. Full training on project specifics and ongoing support is provided as well as opportunities for progression.

You will have experience of excel and word. You should also have excellent organisation and case load management skills.
