You will support all aspects of the administration of service delivery and will be flexible in providing support to adapt to the requirements of the service. You will be required to be proactive in providing a range of practical and administrative support services to ensure that you are able to operate effectively. A key aspect of the role is to ensure the smooth day to day running of administrative requirements for this service area.
You will work in a team and act as one of the main contact for information and general enquiries. You will support the service with booking appointments and support clients in the building when appropriate. You will be proficient at computers, data collection and competently receive and effectively deal with telephone calls from service users, parents and careers and professionals regarding the service.
