  • Answering the phone
  • Using CRM system
  • Using bespoke system for work orders
  • Use of MS office including Excel
  • General admin
  • Any other duties as required

The salary is £17k to £18k depending on experience. Working hours will be 7:45am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 7:45am - 11:45am on Fridays with 30 minutes lunch.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You must be a great all round administrator with the confidence to take calls from customer's and help with any questions/queries. It is essential that you are computer literate and have used a CRM system along with good MS office skills including excel, whilst always having excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ideally you will have come from a Manufacturing background.

You must be available for an immediate start.
