Role include:
Manage client queries regarding different services.
Preparation and issuing documentation.
Delivering first class service to clients.
Maintenance of client files, ensuring that all information is recorded accurately and confidentially.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum of 2 years’ experience within an administration role within a busy office environment. Confident, motivated attitude with a strong work ethic. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Time management and organizational abilities.
