Job Description
- Accountable for balancing and accomplishing day to day workload and priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Processing inbound customer ID&V documentation.
- Responding to all inbound electronic traffic (emails).
- Managing applicable Broker processes.
- Participating in testing new system changes as and when required.
- Own and drive resolution of Broker and end Client issues.
- Maintain Close Brothers Premium Finance compliance with all applicable regulation.
- Review available systems and or relevant data sources to establish the nature and substance of complaints received, evaluate customer detriment, and make fair and reasoned decisions in a timely manner and in line with TCF principles.
- Be a driver of an inclusive and engaging work environment.
Risk & Compliance
- Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.
- Escalate issues and process gaps where identified to the line manager, while developing a knowledge of the risks posed by both the operational environment and the conduct of the bank.
- Complete all online regulatory training when required by the business.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven communication and customer service skills. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with the customer base. Proven analytical and problem solving skills. Detail orientated and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines. Excellent time management skills. Demonstrated ability in problem solving and resolving customer issues/concerns. Team member goal orientated and passionate about their work. Flexible, innovative and displays control while working in a pressurized environment. Previous experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Educated to GCSE level or background in Operations with vocational qualifications.
