Initially working on sales and purchase ledger you’ll be helped develop into doing more general ledger and month end allocations. This role is for an experienced Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant and is an office-based position working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Duties include:
Accounts receivable and cash book reconciliations
Sales ledger
Purchase ledger
Bank reconciliations
Collating info for month end cost allocations
Month end accruals
Invoicing
Client profitability calculations
Intercompany schedules
VAT returns
Collating pay information
Holiday cover for other team members
