Management of our Facilities inbox ensuring emails are responded to and actioned appropriately
Working with the Facilities Manager on various office related projects
Management of site contractors, maintenance and courier services
A focus on ensuring regular Health & Safety and Compliance checks are completed at our Stratford office
Manage and maintain a robust access control system, ensuring employees, contractors and visitors are easily identifiable
Ensuring adequate levels of stationery, PPE and catering suppliers, as well as managing the lockers across the building
You will maintain the front of house reception and post room (including distribution of post where required)
Providing a first class service to our employees and visitors upon entry to our offices and during their stay
Management of visitor bookings, parking access for staff, contractors, and guests.
Assisting credit control and contact Centre with various administrative duties in periods of high transactional activity.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally you’ll have at least a years experience in Facilities or Front of House within a corporate office environment. You are looking to grow a career within Facilities and are looking for a progressive organization to join. You’re a self-starter with a confident personality and love getting stuck into a challenge. You’re a people person, able to build excellent working relationships quickly. You think on your feet, show initiative and have a problem-solving attitude. You’re organized, good at multi-tasking and able to manage your time effectively. Flexibility is key, you’re able to adapt to changing situations and deadlines easily.
