We are currently recruiting an employee paying £8.91 an hour this role is going to be a role that is 30+ hours a week, Monday to Friday and is a permanent position with the company direct.
The role will require you to carry out reception, Admin and general duties for the business. For example:
Greeting of all clients
Ensuring contact with Clients face to face, over telephone and email communication
Booking in diary for client to meet with staff members
Updated internal database maintain accurate records
Maintain the stationary supply
Prepare information required for clients for collection
Other adhoc duties and administrative support
