Job Description

You will be responsible for the provision of efficient, professional, and proactive administrative support. The role will be largely focused on supporting the research programme at the institute but will support other programmes where appropriate. The post holder will have responsibility for supporting the activities on research grants such as arranging meetings and taking notes, collating information for grant reporting deadlines, supporting staff expense claims, processing invoices, liaising with post-awards in Research and Innovation on upcoming financial deadlines, collating timesheets, track researcher annual leave, and support staff travel arrangements. The post holder will also be the first point of contact for the research programme at the institute and will direct queries as necessary.
