The team ensures the highest standards of online customer service which will be pivotal to us achieving our national objective of 1.4 million affiliated players in Player Registration with an individual email.
Key Accountabilities
To provide excellent customer service to CFAs, Leagues, Clubs and Players to achieve the following;
Support Player registration system users to register over 1.4 million players online with an email address
Support League & Club Volunteers using The FA Full-Time System
Support Clubs using The FA Matchday App
Assist with the maintenance of The FA Grassroots Technology Self Service Portal

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent customer service. Excellent IT skills – utilizing Office 365 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Strong administrative skills, especially in writing and constructing emails whilst using a Support desk email tool (Freshdesk). Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly when dealing with problems in a fast-paced working environment. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of The FA's Grassroots Technology offer and be totally committed to excellent customer service.
