Inventory & Fleet Administrator

Job Description
The role is aimed at an experienced administrator who is proficient in MS Office and has experience of using ERP software for purchasing and inventory control. They must be confident in verbal and written communications with internal and external contacts to obtain accurate and time sensitive information.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintaining the data within the inventory control system.
- Ensuring driver license checks are completed for new drivers and review checks are carried out to schedule for existing drivers.
- Liaison with buyers, suppliers, stores teams and construction team’s management.
- Reporting and reconciliation of materials movements.
- Ensuring drivers and their line managers are informed of the MOT & servicing schedules of vehicles.
- Compliance with Health and Safety within legal and SCS policies.
- Compliance with HS2 and SCS IT policy
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The Ideal Candidate is: Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Good organization skills. Good desktop IT skills e.g., MS Office. Familiarity with ERP software. Be a team player. Be a problem solver. Have a positive attitude. Be an enthusiastic and quick learner.
