You will have experience working in a clinical setting, have a welcoming manner and enjoy working as part of a team whilst at the same time being able to work independently, using initiative.
You will be patient and an excellent communicator whilst being able to balance numerous competing demands including supporting with data collection.
Full range of admin procedures, software programmes.
Managing busy workloads.
Handling confidential and sensitive information.
Supervision of at least one member of staff working in a team.
Good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
Key board skills, with accuracy and speed.

You will be working in a very busy environment so you will need to be highly organized and able to cope under pressure, have good customer services skills, a good understanding of Trust-based system RiO and a good command of Windows packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook…)
