Job Description

We have exciting opportunities for Data Collection Administrators to join our growing Customs brokerage team based across our UK. This role will be focused on supporting invoicing compliance, checking and reviewing data and contacting clients for missing data as well as general admin support.

  • Initially checking the invoice has all the correct criteria (Importer, HS Codes, Country or Origin etc.). Conducting secondary check missing/incorrect items and identifies these
  • Ensure correct documentation is uploaded to e-pouch and all local systems are then updated.
  • Identifying and chasing where there is missing data through sending mails to the clients via SharePoint.
  • Checking the responses from the clients, liaising with clients on any customs queries.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrable Administration and data collection experience. Effective written and verbal communications skills. Strong demonstrable customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills with an ability to priorities and manage high workloads in challenging situations whilst meeting deadlines. Intermediate level of word, outlook and excel.
