Job Description
- Centric PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Super User
- Manage the critical path successfully and efficiently working on our PLM system
- Support with BOM (Bill of Material) as needed
- Maintain communication levels between the Designers, Production, Buying and Suppliers
- Documentation of all information relating to the design
- Manage color palette production and distribution into PLM
- Track SMS status and have regular catch ups with Design Assistants to flag any issues
- Follow up on outstanding Design issues after the Buy and catch up weekly with Admin team and report back to Production
- Follow up and share Supplier feedback and align to PLM system reporting (e.g. reason code reviews)
- Stock fabric programme/ help support identify core products and how this would translate to PLM
- General administration and ad-hoc duties

Personal emotional resilience. Computer skills and knowledge of Design packages, specifically Centric8 PLM. Adobe Illustrator. Adobe Photoshop. Excel – Intermediate or Advanced level advantageous. Word. Outlook (email). Computer literate with admin skills. Communication skills. Relationship building skills. Time management skills. Organizational skills.
