Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, reliable, well-motivated and organized administrator to join our progressive Resuscitation Team.

As the successful candidate you will provide essential administration support to the team of Resuscitation Officers in their education, training, audit & patient safety work programmes. You will act as the main point of contact for all resuscitation course related enquiries. 

Our courses have an excellent reputation, and we’re looking for an administrator who would enjoy supporting our varied programmes and projects, as a valued member of our busy and friendly team which is part of the Nursing Development and Education Team.

The role may require you to work at times without direct supervision, and also you will need to be able to problem solve and use your initiative to ensure the smooth running of our services.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills and must also demonstrate comprehensive IT skills. You will create and maintain professional and responsive ‘front of house’ operations, incorporating excellence in customer service at all times, developing positive working relationships and practices with all levels of internal and external members of the multidisciplinary team. The ability to work as part of a cross-site team and respond to working under pressure to meet deadlines is essential. You must be able to manage competing demands and have a helpful, flexible and focused approach to the role.
