Job Description
You'll play a fundamental role in our fantastic People Operations & Systems team in the UK providing first line support for employees and managers at Just Eat Takeaway. We enjoy solving problems, answering questions that our people have and are passionate about identifying ways in which our employees, managers and our own team can work smarter and more efficiently; driving process simplification, standardization, self-service & optimization.
You will work with other People Administrators to oversee all people processes, from on-boarding to reporting and insights, with a view to make them GREAT! We've also got a fantastic ticketing system which we call our People Portal and it enables us to manage queries to our team and provide a great service but also to make data-led decisions and proactively identify ways in which we can work smarter (e.g. system and process improvements) that will enhance our employee's experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent quality administration for our People processes across the full employee lifecycle (for example sending contracts & offer letters, changes to employee terms and conditions)
- Respond to all queries timely and in a way that aligns with our values
- Manage all administration, coaching and low level decisions associated with employee relations cases (including note taking)
- Manage and analyze our people data to ensure accuracy and provide key people information to other teams in the business (e.g. Finance)
- Update procedure and process flow chart documentation and checklists as required
- Responsible for the accurate filing and maintenance of employee data via our People Information System - Workday
- Responsible for the People operations communication channels both internally & externally (e.g. background checks and referencing)
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and opportunities to take the lead in team meetings
- Opportunities for development and involvement in broader HR activities
- Responsible for the delivery of HR inductions and presenting to new joiners
