A great opportunity has arisen for someone interested in joining our People and Organizational Development (P&OD) team.
You will provide a comprehensive and quality administration service to the three divisional P&OD teams and central investigation team to support effective management of all investigations and formal proceedings and contribute to a first class professional, responsive and customer focused service
The post holder will liaise closely with other administration staff, Investigators, HR advisors and managers to provide administrative support to the team, including high quality administrative support for hearings, the partnership committee, Freedom of Information requests, maintain information on the relevant parts of the intranet, case management systems, produce reports and respond to non-complex HR queries. The post holder will be involved in arranging formal meetings within the Trust, booking rooms, attending meetings and interviews, preparing papers for formal meetings, taking notes at meetings and transcribing them.
