As first point of contact for patients and staff members successful candidates will possess excellent organizational skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities. The post requires the ability to work on your own and use your initiative, in addition to being a committed team player to a multi-disciplinary team. You must be able to deal with confidential issues in a professional manner and be able to work under pressure.
You will be expected to provide administrative support to the clinical teams, deputies with line management support to junior admin staff and also ensure that the clinical hubs are supported. You may be asked to work across local sites to provide administrative support so will need to be flexible and able to travel.
